A perfect example of Zhe Rong white tea.
As compared to the Wu Family Mu Dan, Wu family Bai Mu Dan uses smaller pickings and lots of first picks. The result is lighter and more fragrant, closer to a silver needle. That being said, Mr. Wu still mixed in some slightly older leaves which give the tea some body and also that creaminess that I have only found in Zhe Rong white teas.
For those who like a more flavorful, shou mei like white tea, the Zou family is for you. But for those who like lighter and brighter flavors with more aroma, the Wu family is your Bai Mu Dan.
