This is a Mu Dang Wang from the Zou Family in Zhe Rong.
Zhe Rong is right outside the Fu Ding border and is at an elevation of around 700m. Because of this teas from this area are referred to as high mountain tea.
As compared to Wu Family's Bai Mu Dan, Zou family produces a more flavorful Bai Mu Dan. A more leafy picking makes this Bai Mu Dan less delicate and more bold. A soft pea like vegetal flavor and a bright aroma make this tea a tasty Bai Mu Dan and the milky body makes it a great example of Zhe Rong white tea.
White teas can be brewed many different ways but boiling water is suggested.
Personal Rating 7/10
Note: there is a bias here because I prefer lighter more aromatic Bai Mu Dans like the Wu Family Bai Mu Dan
