What an interesting year for Bi Luo Chun!
I managed to get three different pick days seperated and will offer them each.
Day one, March 29th: This tea has the most Bi Luo Chun kick to it! It sharp and nutty with a hoppy like texture and a bit of a lemony zest. This is the strongest of the three teas.
Day Three, March 31st: This is in between the two other teas. There is some zest and flavor, but the notes are more like cooked vegies and chard, not as much of the hoppiness. This has a fully flavor but lacks the sharpness of day one.
