Two servings of both the medium and light roast Tie Guan Yin allowing you to really test your taste buds.
Both teas are from Long Juan and made by the same family. They Charcoal roast their Tie Guan Yin, a process that is not easy to come by, in small batches. This means that no two batches are exactly the same. This tasting is a fun excersice in distinguishing characterstics of a tea as these teas are similar but not exactly the same.
The tasting can be blind or labeled.
