This Mao Feng comes from the most southern mountains of She Xian, right on the Anhui-Jiang Xi border.
The leaves are rolled giving them a stronger flavor than unrolled Mao Feng such as the TangKou Mao Feng. The soft weighty body that is signiture to mao feng is contrasted with a cooked leafy greens vegetal flavor with a bit of a bite. The result is a soft, refreshing but lively tea that will be perfect as the weather gets hot.
