This Qi Mei comes from the Li Kou village of Qimen.
Jin Mei, golden eyebrown, is a twisted style of red tea that, compared to other styles of Qimen reds, is lighter and more aromatic.
This Qi Mei is light and complex, but in its complexity there are some very confident notes. There is a smooth woodsy background with a rose like aroma layered on top of it. It is smooth, sweet and calming all while being full and easy to enjoy.
