The red tea use little veggie material (Xiao Cai Cha 小菜茶）
Little veggie refers to treat plants that were grown from seeds as opposed to propegated cuttings and are therefore clones. When tea is grown from seeds it is always a bit different from the tree next to it. This results in a flavor that is a bit more unstructured will bolder aspects.
This black tea is dark and full of texture. With a pine like mouthfeel this tea is deep and sweet. Floral notes and woodsy notes bring complexity to this hardy tea.
