This Red Tea is from the Guang Yang region of Fu Ding.
Its a little veggie tea, Xiao Cai Cha (小菜茶） meaning its grown from seeds and not an specific varietal. It was part of a Little Veggie Subscription and received so many positive reviews that I had to add it to the website.
This black tea is dark and full of texture. With a pine like mouthfeel this tea is deep and sweet. Floral notes and woodsy notes bring complexity to this hardy tea.
