The owner took this rare white tea and added some old tree heirloom trees to add some complexity to the flavor. The result is a white tea that at first may be a bit strange but it grows on you.
This tea has soft vegetal notes like artichoke or green apple. The body is smooth, thick and clean with a bit of texture coming from the old trees.
