The medium roast is the heavier of the two roasts but is still a medium- light roast.
This Tie Guan Yin is nutty with a crispiness that reminds me of Peanut Shells. Its smoother, clean with a floral aroma. Its a pretty simple Tie Guan Yin but that makes it very easy to enjoy.
