Made by the Wu family this 2015 Shou Mei is just a simple good tea.
The soft autumn notes previously gave this tea the name Autumn Sunshine. There is woodsy-leafiness to the flavor with out being dry or bitter. The flavor is soft and full, giving you exactly what you'd want from an aged white.
