Body: Light smooth and clean. Despite the age this tea has no dryness or bitterness.
Flavor: Smooth with a caramel note, this tea has lots of woodsy flavors without any of the dryness. The flavors are bold but also very complex and balanced.
This tea is a bit controversial. While the maker claims its honest 2013 other makers have said its browned, while other still have said its natural. To make things more suspicious he once told me he only had 4 pounds left but then he "found" 30 more pounds.
Wether or not this tea is browned is still under review but never the less it has been tea tasters' favorite for a number of years.
