I tasted a 2022 Mid Spring Bi Luo Chun and got very excited for the new year.
It had a nice vegetal nuttiness blended nicely with that classic Bi Luo Chun hoppy/zesty flavor.
For a tea to be that good after almost a full year, I can only imagine what fresh tea will be like.
