Light Roast Zheng Yan Rou Gui

I don't usually care for light roasted Rou Gui, but respect where respect is due. 
This Rou Gui come with  characteristics of Zheng Yan and Rou Gui made clear by the lighter roast. 

The cultivar, Rou Gui, brings a lively cinnamon aroma that fills the mouth. 
The terroir, Cat Ear Cliff Zheng Yan, brings a prickly and slightly robust sensation on the tongue which pairs perfectly with the cinnamon aroma.
