This wide range of pickings brought a wide range of flavors from soft tangerine, to nutty and bold. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eApril 2nd: The earliest pick. Tangerine notes are calm and your starting to see  a complexity form. There is a slight sharpness to the flavor. This sharpness is a key part of Bi Luo Chun and gives this tea some kick. In this picking its more soft but still leaves your mouth refreshed. Floral notes are also starting to form. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eApril 3rd: This is the most balanced of all the pickings. The tangerine - vegetal notes of day one have settled down and the nutty -floral notes have developed a bit more. These notes are all subtle and balanced leaving you with a subtle and compex tea. Notes of minerality are also starting to show. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eApril 4th: The tea is becoming strong. Bi Luo Chun drinkers know that the true flavor of this tea is not soft and delicate. I often call its the IPA of teas for its sharp flavor. The sharpness is a bit of a kick in the mouth but leaves you feeling energized and refreshed. The nutty-rocky notes are stronger here.
