This is a soft and refreshing tea with a round body. Soft pea vegetal notes are balanced nicely with a soft chestnut note. While this flavor is very similar to Hang Zhou Long Jing, it differs in the soft edamame note and the round oily body.  The result feel like a field on a spring day. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOn an interesting note the maker said that when its handmade they call it Da Fang but when its machine made its called Long Jing. This tea uses a stir fry machine that is found in almost all regions that make a flattened green tea, including Hang Zhou.
