This warm roasted Bai Ji Guan is here as an example of what a Bai Ji Guan should taste like. 
Many Bai Ji Guans use weak material or aren't given a quality roast and they are passed off as a "light" oolong. 
This Bai Ji Guan uses good material and has a proper roast that brings out all the characteristics of the tea while staying light and balanced.
